Below are links to download the medical reports I have obtained through my lawyers The initial reports were completed using only The Logan Hospital medical reports as The Mater Hospital reports were un-available at the time. I feel I should have waited until all of the medical reports were available from both hospitals before asking for medical opinions from experts.

Unpaid Medical Reports
These reports were obtained by searching on Google “Gastrografin aspiration into lung” and “Acute Pancreatitis”. Funds were tight and I could not afford to pay for further medial opinions. These specialists were kind enough to give me their professional opinion (at no cost) after reading my full records. Although none of this information could not be used in my case as it was provided via fax and email.
